New Home Exteriors, Inc. (NHE, Inc.) is a full service union carpentry contractor specializing in siding and associated work serving the residential sector in the Chicagoland Area. Our firm was established in 1996, and actually began commencing contract work in 1995.  We mainly serve the new construction industry, completing work on single family homes along with multi-family apartment and hotel buildings. Although our work is mainly within the residential sector, we also entertain home remodeling work. We install all types of siding – vinyl, aluminum, cement, wood and metal. We also furnish and install shutters and formed architectural millwork.

• Steven Kruse serves as President of New Home Exteriors, Inc. and oversees sales, estimating; in addition he also supervises the day-to-day field operations. Steven has a background as a union siding installer with a combined 40 years of experience with Robert (his brother) and currently retains his union status knowing the intricacies of the siding installation business.
• Robert Kruse is the company Secretary/Treasurer and oversees all aspects of the business. Robert has a background in Management as well as siding installation. He utilizes his expertise in the siding business to facilitate quality installation.

New Home Exteriors, Inc., has multiple supervisors which directly oversee our job sites in the rapidly growing Chicagoland market, providing production, quality, and service direction in their respective areas. This system of supervision provides control and quality on a consistent basis.

Our firm has a qualified office staff along with a shop area which has the capability to produce any aluminum fabrication, which serves as a major portion of our work, often providing material for other siding and carpenter contractors along with siding suppliers. We have the ability to provide siding material from any manufacturer, so we are able to provide a wide variety of exterior finishes.
