New Home Goals: Provide the builder with on time delivery and quality installation. To accomplish this we will: - Train our employees in house to install to meet our quality standards
- Train our employees in safe building practices
- Teach our employees to cooperate and be courteous with the builders
- Have our employees “punch” their own work
- Reward our employees when they go above and beyond the call
- Superintendents will perform a quality pre and post inspection on all homes
- Superintendents monitor schedules, deliveries, and employees to ensure the correct product is shipped on time
- Office checks all colors and options to insure the correct product is shipped, on time
Provide the builder with on time, courteous service. To accomplish this we will: - Eliminate as much service through training and pre-inspections of unit
- Formulate monthly (or as needed) hot spot letters in paychecks describing repeat service
- Never be late or miss a joint meet
- Complete all service by the designated date, preferably ahead of schedule
- Scheduling, bill and obtain VPO’s professionally
- Communicate office to office when work is complete, via fax or e-mail
Provide the builder with excellent lines of communications. To accomplish this we will: - Have both a knowledgeable and friendly office staff
- Keep open lines of communication from New Home to the builder
- Answer all questions/requests in a prompt manner
- Visit and show our faces regularly so that they know we are alive and kicking!
