Using insulated sidings, thermal windows and insulation we help homes look their best and be more comfortable and energy efficient. In fact, since the late 1990s, we've provided both builders and manufacturer's with technical advice to improve the quality and efficiency of homes built in and around Chicago.

In conjunction with NHE, Inc., Home Performance Focus is the latest addition to the family. Working with the Dept of Energy's Home Star program, Illinois Home Performance, Midwest Energy Association and local Utility's, we are able to offer you one stop for all your energy saving needs. We start with a complete energy audit of your home using Dept of Energy/BPI standards inspecting the exterior, interior and envelope of your home. We perform a "blower door" test, identifying air leakage areas, use infrared cameras to "peer" thru walls for problems. We'll conduct combustion tests on your gas appliances for efficiency. From the results of these tests, we will design a program to save you money, improve air quality and make your home more comfortable. Necessary repairs are ranked by cost effectiveness allowing you to start saving money on your utility bills right away. A list of rebates and tax credits will be provided. You can complete the repairs yourself or hire us, New Home, to complete all or some of the tasks. Upon completion we will come back and conduct another blower test to determine the effectiveness of our work. Rebates and Tax credits can then be calculated and approved.
